What to do in this quarantine period ?

Hello everyone! I really hope that you all are safe and staying indoors. It indeed is a tough time for all of us, But we all have to be strong mentally and together (not physically) throughout the phase. Boredom has been also paving its way towards our life and peeking here and there. So i am going to share with you what i think we can do during this period to make efficient use of this time.

1. Cleaning your space, for a clearer vision.

I know this is such a tiresome thing to do, but it can have a huge impact on your present life. You can also do it in parts, like clean your wardrobe today and save your study table for tomorrow. This way you won't find it that hectic and enjoy the whole process. So go on put up your favourite music and start cleaning your room along with detangling your life.

2. Reading - To boost up your mind.

For me, reading is the purest definition of happiness. So if there is a book your friend recommended you or you heard about a good book, but you didn't had time back then, then go ahead its your cue now. Also, there are tons of pdfs available online that you can read for free.

3. Fill your life with Art and Craft.

If i know a thing, then i'd say art can be sometimes really relaxing. Even if you are someone who thinks that drawing is not their cup of tea, then i'd suggest you to really give drawing a shot this time. Remember, you don't have to be perfect or super artistic, find some cute drawings or doodles on pinterest and try your hands on them. 

4. Make something for yourself to eat.

Doesn't good food change your mood instantly? You can use this quarantine period to try on new recipes and give your taste buds something to explore. It could be something as simple as an omeltte or as complicated as a cake. No more sadness peeps, time to show your kitchen some real cooking skills. 

5. Reconnecting your cables. 

Has the busy life of yours restricted you from spending time with your loved ones? It's the perfect time to spend with your family, sit together watch movie and have tea. If there is a friend with whom you haven't talked for so long, call them, tell them how much you have missed them. Distances are just a measure of how far love can travel.

6. Taking care of yourself.

As we have literally all the time in the world. Why not use it to put on a good facial mask, giving youself a pedicure, and doing your nails. Social distancing can never be an excuse to not take care of yourself. Paint your nails in your favourite color, rub a good smelling essential oil, pamper yourself like a baby, after all self love is the kind of affection everyone deserves.

7. Challenge yourself up.

Now that we all are in our homes. It is the perfect time to challenge yourself up. It can be anything from 'oh i will drink 7 cups of water for 7 days' or 'i will take the 7 day workout challenge' or '10 days glowup challenge' . This way you will get yourself ready for the world that is waiting for you after quarantine and the best thing is everything can be done staying indoors, you have tons of youtube tutorials to help you out. Turn your beast mode on and set yourself up. All the best!
